Warrior Run returns for its fifth year
Brookwood School’s 5th Annual Warrior Run, featuring a 5K race and a one-mile Fun Run for children age 12 and under, will take place on Saturday, Nov. 3. The 5K is open to all ages. The Warrior Run draws families from around the area; strollers and walkers are welcome.
Registration is available online at w ww.brookwoodschool. org under the Student Life tab, as well as onsite at the race. All pre-registered runners receive an event t-shirt. 5K participants pay $20; Fun Run entrants pay $15. Registration on race day is $25.
Runners may pick up their packets or complete a late registration on race day at 7:30 a.m.
The event will begin on the track behind the school at 8 a.m., and the Fun Run starts at 9 a.m. An awards ceremony will follow immediately at 9:30.
Awards will be given to the top male and female runners in each age group, and all Fun Run participants will receive a medal.
