THOMASVILLE– Five Brookwood Warriors earned GIAA All-Region honors for their performances on the diamond this season.
Audrey Harrison, Ava Bodell, Josey Hollifield, Kendall Moore and Lyla James West were all recognized for their play.
Harrison got the All-Region nod following a solid season for the Warriors, batting .423 with 22 hits, eight doubles, and 21 RBI with an OPS of 1.077.
Bodell led the team in batting average with .424 with five doubles, a home run, eight RBI, and 13 stolen bases. She also delivered in the circle, striking out 39 batters in 31.2 innings of work giving her the All-Region spot.
Hollifield earned All-Region honorable mention after a breakout season. She averaged .322 at the plate with 19 hits, two doubles, and a triple with eight RBI and eight stolen bases. In the circle, she did well, striking out 89 batters with a 4.29 ERA in 60.1 innings of work.
Moore was productive as well for the Warriors, batting .364 with an OPS of .917 while also having 20 hits, three doubles, two triples, and 11 RBI. She received an All-Region honorable mention nod.
West had a good season as well, with an average of .326 with 15 hits, two doubles, a pair of homers 19 RBI and an OPS of .946.
