THOMASVILLE - Brookwood School fifth graders spend much of their first semester learning about the history of the American Revolution. To reinforce all that they’ve learned and bring their studies to life, fifth graders participate in Patriot’s Day. Students dress in period styles from the 1700s and participate in a day full of activities inspired by the time period such as candle making, serving tea, and butter churning.
