First graders bid senior buddies farewell

Brookwood School’s class of 2034 bid farewell to their senior buddy pairs with a special program. The first graders remixed Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock & Roll” to recount special memories from their year together. The rendition mentioned the numerous holidays made special with Halloween treats and personalized Christmas trees, time spent on the playground at recess, and other memories that will last the duos a lifetime. To end the program, first graders sporting graduation caps waved signs showing where their seniors will matriculate this fall.
