Brookwood first graders meet their new senior buddies
THOMASVILLE - Brookwood School seniors and first graders gathered outside Thursday morning for the annual Senior Buddy Reveal ceremony. The Senior Buddy program pairs a first grader with one or more senior buddies for the year; the buddies celebrate holidays and play together, and get to know one another. The program began in 2003, and many senior buddy relationships are ongoing today.
