Boys Tennis Stays Undefeated with Wins Over Niceville and Chiles

Brookwood Boys Tennis improved to 5-0 on the season with recent wins over Niceville High School and Chiles High School!

Friday, February 28
Warrior Boys Tennis beat Niceville High School, 3-2. Andrew Cooper put on a well fought match against Jack Mills and came out on top 6-3, 6-2 in #1 Singles play. Dallas Forsyth had an exciting match against Blake Forester. Forsyth won 6-3, 3-6, 10-4. Pairing up for the first time this season, Nic Kadel and Taylor Huffman handled their opponents, Mason Nunley and Khang Dao, with ease in Doubles play 6-0, 6-3.

Monday, March 2
Brookwood beat Chiles High School, 3-2. Warriors went down 0-2 after losing the #3 singles and #2 doubles matches. With impressive wins at #1 doubles and #1 singles, the match was tied at 2-2. Dallas Forsyth, playing in #2 Singles match, secured the victory for Brookwood. He won the first set 6-2 and dropped the second set 2-6, pushing the match to a 10-point tie-breaker. In a close finish, Forsyth was able to secure the win over Chris de Cardonas 12-10 and give Brookwood the win. The Warriors are now 5-0 on the season.
