Soccer Programs Place 4 on GISA All-State Teams

After successful seasons that saw the Lady Warriors reach the Quarterfinals in the GISA Playoffs and the Warriors win the Region 3 title, two on each squad were selected GISA All-State.
 
Girls Soccer All-State: Holland Walker and Caroline Wolff
 
Walker led the Lady Warrior offense, netting 29 goals and assisting on 12 others. This is her third time being named All-State. Wolff was steady as a defender for a Lady Warrior team which registered three shutouts on the year. Individually she had 3 clean sheets and 4 goal-saving tackles.
 
Girls Soccer All-Region: Holland Walker, Caroline Elkins, Caroline Wolff, Ryan Gaston, Eliza Miller, Mollie Vick, and Peyton Middleton.

Boys Soccer All-State: Jonathan Burns and Emmett Miles
 
Burns was an offensive playmaker for the Warriors, finishing with 4 goals and 3 assists. This is his first All-State nomination and third All-Region selection. Miles manned the defensive wall for a Warrior team that finished 3-1 against Region rivals Deerfield-Windsor and Valwood. Individually he had 8 goal-saving tackles.
 
Boys Soccer All-Region: Jonathan Burns, Bridger Middleton, Vincent Yokley, Colin Grimsley, Emmett Miles, Fincher Davis, Tyson Joyner, Benjamin Filston, and Frido Spiegel.
