The annual auction raises funds for large projects at Brookwood. The auction committee is made up of many sub-committees. (Décor, student art, live auction, “buy it now” event, graphic design, just to name a few).

Time required: Planning starts in early fall for this event. Monthly meetings prior to the event, one post meeting, workdays, setup and cleanup on day of event.
Number of Volunteers Needed: 2 co-chairs; up to 15 committee members
