We seek to enroll students who can benefit from a rigorous academic program and who will make positive contributions to our school community.

The admissions process for our youngest applicants is geared towards measuring developmental readiness, while the admissions process in the Middle and Upper School evaluates an applicants commitment to a high standard of intellectual and personal growth.

Brookwood School admits academically qualified students of any race, color, creed, gender, or national and ethnic origin. Students are admitted on the basis of entrance examinations, teacher recommendations, previous school records and personal interview.

Candidates for fall enrollment should apply by March 1, although later applications are considered if vacancies exist. Students entering the Brookwood preschool programs must be 4 before September 1 when entering the Junior Kindergarten program and 5 before September 1 when entering the Kindergarten Program. Each student admitted must successfully complete a screening session.
