Brookwood chorus previews upcoming performance

THOMASVILLE: Brookwood School’s Chorus, comprised of 15 ninth through twelfth grade students, has been preparing for performances and concerts each morning before school.

The troupe sampled their hard work and passion for music with their peers in a combined Middle and Upper School assembly on Wednesday morning.

Previewing their imminent showcase with a dramatic and spiritual rendering of “Elijah Rock” and Elton John’s “I’m Still Standing,” the ensemble shows promise for their prolonged concert on November 15.

“Students are given the opportunity to continue their passion for music beyond their elementary years,” says Performing Arts Chair Sean Landeta “we cannot wait to share their talents with the Brookwood and Thomasville communities.”

A concert is scheduled for November 15 at 6:00 p.m. at Brookwood School.
