Brookwood Tennis Defeats Thomasville High
Warrior Tennis started the season on Monday, sneaking in a win against Thomasville High just before the rain came and halted the remainder of the match.
In Singles, Brookwood took the #2 and #3 matches with Taylor Huffman winning his match 6-1, 6-1 and Dallas Forsyth taking his 6-0, 6-1. In Doubles play, Nic Kadel and Alden Harrison made quick work with a 6-2, 6-0 showing while John Roesel and Wil Kadel went 6-1, 6-2 in the #2 Doubles match.
Brookwood held a 4-0 team lead when the storm suspended play, with #1 Singles being the only match yet to finish.
None of the five matches on the ladies side were able to be completed before play was stopped.
Up next for Brookwood on the Tennis court is Thursday's trip to rival Valwood.
