Warrior Alumni Update: Dara Moore Headed to Division II National Championship!
Congratulations to Brookwood alumna Dara Moore '18 and the Young Harris Softball team!
The Mountain Lions are headed to the NCAA Division II Championship in Denver this week after beating Lincoln-Memorial 12-6 to win the Southeast Super Regional on Friday. They will face LIU Post Thursday in Game 1 of the Championship, an 8-team double-elimination tournament. To see the full bracket, click here.
Moore has appeared in 31 games and is batting .309 with 10 RBI in her freshman season.
Dara was the 2017 AAA-3 Region Player of the Year and led the Lady Warriors to the playoffs in her senior season.
