Golf Takes Region Title, Readies for State
Warrior Golf won the AAA-3 Region Tournament yesterday in dominant fashion with a team score of 296, outpacing runner-up Deerfield-Windsor by 18 shots.
Brookwood's five scorers earned All-Region. Jack Boltja and Sam Barrett led the way, both shooting 73. George Arline, Kathrine Cook, and Ben Sanders each carded 75 for the consistent Warrior group. This is the seventh time the team has broken 300 this season. The Warriors have combined for 28 rounds of shooting 75 or better this season.
Brookwood will travel to Brunswick Country Club on Monday to compete for the GISA AAA State Championship.
