These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million that will be offered next spring.
To be considered for a Merit Scholarship award, Semifinalists must fulfill several requirements to advance to the Finalist level of the competition.

However, their performance is influenced by their academic work over many years of education,” he said. “Their performance is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of not only Audrey and Caroline, but also their teachers.”
Headmaster Randy Watts echoed his pride for the students’ achievements.
“Audrey and Caroline have worked hard for this recognition,” he said.
“We know that this will be one of many successes that they will have duringtheir Senior Year. Its also a reminder that Brookwood students do well on a national, as well as local level.”
