Coach Foy had this to say about the weekend:
”This weekend was an event to raise awareness for breast cancer, even though this was a charity run on paper we wanted to do our head girls coach and organizer of this event proud, Mrs. Debbie Beeson. Mrs. Beeson is our inspiration and a survivor of breast cancer herself, we wanted to honor her in the right way by doing our best, having had two first place finishes in their age groups and three top ten runners I think we did this and more. We wanted to show as a team today our strength and support for our community and this event we did that in abundance and every runner should be proud of what they achieved.”
