At the final Brookwood School faculty and staff meeting of the year on May 25, Headmaster Mike Notaro, center, announced the departures of employees and presented each with a gift from the college preparatory school. Those leaving Brookwood for new positions or retirement are, from left, Vicky Bryson, for nine years a front office receptionist and athletic information coordinator; Kim Grubbs, a Middle School science teacher for 19 years; Beth Ann Groover, a teacher's assistant for the past year; Rachelle Hester, the Lower School secretary for four years, who also sponsored varsity cheerleaders; Lower School Director Ashley Harper, 11 years, who also held other teaching and leadership positions; and Kim Pounds, a teacher's assistant for nine years. Not pictured is Chris Seay, a coach and Academic Resource Center staff member for the past three years.
