The Middle School Girl's Basketball team is off to a great start! These Warriors have won five games in a row to start the season.  This includes two wins over Whigham School, 31-18 and 21-17, plus wins over Byne Christian 22-19, Community Christian 38-14 and Robert F. Munroe 25-10. Coach Hogan starts five 8th graders but all the girls are contributing and improving every practice and game. The 8th grade players are Eleanor Stubley, Madeleine Harrer, Savannah Singletary, Hunter Avera, Vallie Smith, Bailey Brewer, and Kennedy Deaver. The 7th graders are Amber Baugh, Kelly Casanova, Haley Hinson, Christy Quinton, Maddie Eason, Shivani Patel, Abi Barwick, Julia Davis, Paige Bramblett and Kasey Harrell.  The 6th graders are Julia Hilson, Emmaline Brannon, Mary Catherine Bryant, Rosie Notaro, Maggie Deaver, Abby Patterson, Isabella Piazza, Sara Claire Fennell and Elizabeth Johnson.  The 6th graders compete as a class in January and February, but also dress for the home games. It is great for the future of this group that  every player was able to participate in the two home games. Eleanor Stubley is leading the team in scoring with a total of 41 points and Savannah Singletary has contributed a total of 28 rebounds.

The Middle School Christmas tournament is coming up Saturday Dec. 12th. Both the girl's and boy's teams will be playing. Brookwood is hosting the tournament starting at 9:00 AM and finishing about 5:30 PM.  In addition to Brookwood, The girl's and boys team's from North Florida Christian, Community Christian, and Terrell Academy will compete, with each team playing in two games.
