BE THANKFUL -- In concluding his baccalaureate message at the First Presbyterian Church on Sunday afternoon, Rev. William N. McQueen III, rector of St. John's Church in Moultrie, Ga., tells the 34 Brookwood School seniors to "Turn around and look at all of the people who have supported you through all these years and have been your mentors." MacQueen asked the graduating students to "Thank each one of them before this day is over, and when you are lying in your bed tonight, be grateful for the people who have brought you this far."
IN HARMONY -- At the Brookwood School Baccalaureate Service on Sunday at Thomasville's First Presbyterian Church, an ensemble from the Class of 2010 sings "The Lord Bless You and Keep You." The singers are Maizie Jones, Mickey Betters, Abby Lewis, Emily Claire
Worthey, Deanna Quinton, Davis Flowers, John Moore, Colin Alderman and James Farmer. Brookwood's 37th graduation ceremony will take place on May 15 at 7 p.m. in the Thomasville Municipal Auditorium.
