Haley Caldwell, the daughter of Robert and Beth Caldwell and a junior at Brookwood School, was crowned Thomasville's Rose Queen 2010 during the pageant on March 20. As Rose Queen, Haley will reign over all official Rose Festival activities April 22-24 and serve as an ambassador of Thomasville while participating in civic, social and charity events throughout her reign.
