Accounting
Accounting is called the “language of business.” Accounting knowledge and skill are needed for beginning accounting careers and careers in related business fields. First-year accounting is for students who have a variety of career objectives, not just a major in business. Accounting skills and vocabulary competence will serve as a foundation on which to continue the study of accounting at the college level.
